Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment Policy
- Stopover Tours: A 45% to 55% down payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Stopover Packages with Accommodation: Full payment of accommodation costs is due upon booking confirmation.

Balance Payment on Arrival:
- Accepted in cash or credit card.
Important: All transaction and bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.

Children Policy
- Infants (0–1.99 years): Free of charge.
- Children (2–9 years): Charged 50% of the adult rate when joining a private tour.
- 10 years and above: Considered an adult and charged at the full adult rate.
Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour start time are fully refundable, except for any purchased tickets or reserved meals, which are non-refundable.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time are subject to a 50% deduction of any paid amount, in addition to the full value of any purchased tickets or reserved meals.
- No-Show: Bookings are non-refundable in the case of a no-show.
